How do I change my password?
  1. Log in to your LEICBIT account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Change Password"
  4. Enter your current password and new password
  5. Click "Update Password"

Note: Make sure your new password is strong and unique.

How do I update my email address?
  1. Log in to your LEICBIT account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Update your email address in the Profile section
  4. Save your changes

How do I upgrade my subscription?
  1. Log in to your LEICBIT account
  2. Go to Billing & Subscription
  3. Click on "Upgrade Plan"
  4. Choose your new plan
  5. Enter your payment information
  6. Confirm the upgrade

Note: You'll only be charged the difference for the remaining billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  2. Go to Billing & Subscription
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Select a reason for cancellation
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Important: Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How do I update my payment method?

  2. Go to Billing & Subscription
  3. Click "Manage subscription" to open the secure Stripe customer portal
  4. Update your payment method there and save

Note: Billing and payment details are handled securely by Stripe, so card data never touches our servers.
